On September 4, Qidu Pharma held a meeting to deploy and arrange the 2025 "Quality Month" activities. General Manager Zhang Jianyong delivered a speech, while Senior Deputy General Manager and Quality Responsible Person Dong Xu summarized recent quality management work and outlined the next steps. Deputy General Manager Fan Jianshe presided over the meeting, and Xu Da, Head of the Technical Quality Department, detailed the key tasks for the "Quality Month". Company leaders, relevant responsible persons from subsidiary business divisions, and heads of departments and workshops attended the meeting.


The theme of this year's "Quality Month" is "Strengthening Comprehensive Quality Management, Promoting the Building of a High-Quality Enterprise". It aims to implement the spirit of the notice on launching the 2025 National "Quality Month" activity issued by 26 authorities including the State Administration for Market Regulation, and to fulfill the target set by Chairman Zheng Jiaqing for production quality management to surpass first-class levels in the domestic industry. The activities further aim to enhance product quality management, ensure public medication safety, and elevate the company's reputation and image.
The "Quality Month" features six key tasks:
1.Conducting Quality-Themed Promotions to Enhance Company-Wide Quality Awareness: Utilize newspapers, the company website, bulletin boards, and other means for in-depth publicity to create a strong quality atmosphere and reinforce quality consciousness among all employees.
2.Strengthening Laws and Regulations Study to Improve Overall Quality Competence: Organize the 7th GMP Knowledge Contest, adding a written test for key positions alongside the company-wide online quiz to further raise awareness of laws and regulations.
3.Organizing Mock Recall and Quality Feedback Activities to Improve Emergency Response Capability and Customer Satisfaction: Evaluate the effectiveness of the product recall system through a mock recall and identify directions and focal points for management improvement through quality feedback visits to key customers.
4.Organizing Special Quality Appraisals and Inspections to Strengthen Standardization Awareness: Conduct special inspections based on the "Pharmaceutical Park Insect Control Measures Plan" and the "Guidance on Particulate Control in Injections", while comprehensively promoting the unique Qidu Pharma "One Truth, One Time, Five Unifications" standard for filling out original records.
5.Organizing Skills Competitions to Enhance the Professional Level of Frontline Staff: Encourage technical professionals to focus on their duties, delve into technology, and innovate, fostering a spirit of striving to excel and a work ethic of continuous improvement.
6.Organizing Quality Improvement Seminars to Promote Further Advancement in Quality Management: Conduct in-depth analysis and systematic assessment regarding the draft of the new sterile appendix and international API registration regulations, and co-organize an on-site service Q&A session with the Shandong Center for Food and Drug Evaluation & Inspection.
General Manager Zhang Jianyong set requirements for quality management work and the "Quality Month" activities: Continuously Improve Product Quality Management Levels: Focus efforts on addressing the hotspots, pain points, and difficulties in market complaints. Conduct the "Quality Month" Activities Pragmatically: Systematically review, summarize, and enhance quality management work. Focus on Implementing Key Quality Management Tasks: Respond to the internationalization strategy by taking proactive and effective action; strengthen team building, cultivate talent pipelines, and supply talents; safeguard red lines and bottom lines to ensure the company's healthy and stable development.
