From May 8 to 29, 2020, the second QA director training class of Qidu Pharmaceutical was successfully held. A total of 67 trainees from the group’s QA directors attended the opening ceremony, closing ceremony and related activities.

Zheng Jiaqing puts forward requirements for the training of QA directors. First, we must seriously summarize the experience and shortcomings of the two QA director training classes, investigate and lay out problems in depth, and continuously improve the work level. Second, we must apply what we have learned. Students should compare and combine the theories they have learned with actual work, so as to better solve practical problems in their work. Third, we must face the future and better implement the established quality policy and objectives by implementing the normal mechanism of the QA director training class to ensure that the class and quality assurance capabilities keep pace with the times. Fourth, we must continue to improve and implement the quality policy, quality objectives, normalized emergency response plan for unannounced inspections, and the new version of the drug management law to comprehensively improve the quality management level, and promote the production quality management to the first-class level in the industry.

The second QA training class continued the effective measures implemented in the first training class, such as group management, the combination of theoretical presentations and case teaching, the combination of centralized teaching and self-study after class, and the combination of group discussions and individual Q&A, and strengthened policies research and interpretation and professional technical learning, adding “Drug Administration Law”, “Drug Production Supervision and Administration Method”, “Drug Registration Management Method” and other regulations research, pharmaceutical water quality control, water bath sterilizer knowledge, pharmaceutical packaging material quality control, etc. content.
