Quality Management System

The enterprise has established an organization and quality management network. The quality department is independent of other departments and performs the functions of QA and QC. There are four categories of management responsibility, resource management, product realization, measurement, analysis and improvement, which constitute the four major elements of the quality management system. The senior management has issued the quality policy, formulated the quality goal, decomposed the quality goal step by step, and fully implemented the entire production process and the entire product life cycle.
