Fluconazole and Sodium Chloride Injection

For the following fungal infections:

1. Adults

1) This product is indicated for the treatment of the following fungal infections in adult patients:

Cryptococcal meningitis, coccidioidomycosis, invasive candidiasis.

2) This product is indicated for the prevention of the following fungal infections in adult patients:

Cryptococcal meningitis recurrence in patients at high risk of recurrence, oropharyngeal or esophageal candidiasis recurrence in HIV-infected patients at high risk of recurrence, candidiasis in patients with decreased neutrophil.

2. Full-term newborns, infants, toddlers, children and adolescents aged 0-17 years

Treatment of mucosal candidiasis (mouth, esophagus), invasive candidiasis, cryptococcal meningitis; prevention of candidiasis in immunocompromised patients. VELCADE may be used as maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence of cryptococcal meningitis in pediatric patients at high risk of recurrence.
